Seller reviewBelinda knew my area for the price we agreed on. We had purchase agreement and Ernest money within 5 days. The only roadblock to my sale was a sewer main that had to be Replaced. Belinda took the lead on this and spent much more time on resolving the issues of engaging contractors, working with my city offices, the buyers lender and underwriters than I expected. She kept me informed all through this grueling process to finally get to close on my house. My thanks to Belinda for staying on top of things through our whole process.
