Buyer reviewBernadette definitlely went above and beyond our expectations. Her listing of our condo was spectacular. We were able to have a signed contract within the first weekend. She was willing to take us to numerous showings until we found our new home. She was with us through the muiltiple offiers we have put in for homes and was always lightning quick in submitting those offers. She always offered solid advice and was honest with us in tempering our expecations when we needed it. Overall, Bernadette's work was exemplary and I would have no hesitation about recommending her to any family or freinds looking for a home.

Buyer reviewWe had the best experience working with Bernadette to purchase our first home! She was very attentive and made herself available to answer all of our questions whenever they came up. We were concerned by how quickly homes in our neighborhood were flying off the market, but she was extremely helpful in quickly scheduling showings and attending them with us, which made all the difference. There were many times we requested a showing ASAP, and she was able to get us in on the same or following day. As first time homebuyers, she took the time to explain each step of the process in detail to us to make sure we understood and were comfortable before proceeding. When we found our dream home, she negotiated tirelessly on our behalf and helped us work quickly for a fast closing. We'll be recommending Bernadette to our friends and family and hope to work with her again down the road!
