It had some unique issues and challenges including the fact that I live out of state and owned the property with my sister who lives out of the country. Beth couldn't have been more helpful, professional and accommodating. She met various workers at the house to get the property ready and went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. Throughout the estate process I dealt with several locals who knew Beth and they all had lovely things to say about her. She loves Dubuque and she clearly loves her job. I couln't reccomend her more highly.

This was a home I had lived in 28 years and had built it as a custom home! I feel we found a perfect family for my home!
