I received my real estate license in Virginia in 2014 while still working as a full-time law enforcement officer. When I retired from law enforcement in December 2015, I switched over to real estate full time. I was born in Fairfax Countyand have lived in multiple locations throughout NoVa; therefore, I am familiar with the majority of the region. Seller reviewI have known Beth for a long time and based on previous conversations she had a basic knowledge of what my wife and I wanted. My wife and I found a house that we wanted to look at and Beth made it happen within a few days. Once we decided that we wanted to move forward with putting an offer on that house, Beth had our house listed very quickly. Because of Beth's hard work and advertising, we had showing after showing of our home, and eventually led to having a contract on our home after about 4 days. Beth was with us from the time we decided to list our house, all the way to signing the last piece of paper at closing. She was up early and stayed up late at times to help us through the process.

Buyer reviewWe were having significant challenges finding a place to rent or purchase. Beth was very responsive. I initially advised her we had chosen another house to rent. However that fell through and because of the level of response and service we received from her, at a time when we weren't even her clients, I opted to work with Beth. It was the best decision! Beth truly cares about meeting the needs of those with whom she works. We had challenges in finding a place that would meet our needs, due to mobility issues, and Beth worked tirelessly to make it happen. If/when we are ever in the market to buy again, I will call Beth. There is no pretense. Beth is down to earth and easy to communicate with. Very responsive and follows up without prodding.
