Buyer reviewI have used a realtor for 3 purchases. She is the BEST, and I really do mean that. This lady is the Carmel on vanilla ice cream, the sweetest and happiest and most helpful ever. And I had very bad luck, as two offers led to bad inspections, she was their and helpful and understanding, and showed so many houses, went way beyond what she should have. I will use only her from now on. She deserves a huge hug an all expense paid vacation to the most exciting destination with her family for a year. Bev, if you see this, you are an amazing person, so helpful, and just super terrific to work with. Wasnt work really, all I did was show up. You did everything. Thank you!!!!

Seller reviewI met Bev when I bought my first investment property in 2019. She was the listing agent on the property I purchased and she has helped me on several other investment properties since. She is so kind, a fantastic listener, and tries her very best which is all anyone can really ask for. She worked hard to market this property in a tough climate and I'm so glad we were finally able to close this sale. Very thankful for her and we will not hesitate to call her again in the future. I will also continue to recommend her in the future to friends, family, and clients.
