Great communication, always quick to respond, kept us in the loop and helpful with all decisions. Positive and encouraging, like working with a family friend!! Never felt rushed or like we were bothering her, truly was there to help and always had a smile on her face!! It was a wonderful experience working with Bev. Looking forward to buying a house in the country in the future and would love to work with Bev again to sell our house and help us buy a new one!! Would recommend her over and over!!

She was always accessible to answer questions and provide guidance. She listened to and understood what I was looking for and advocated for my position. She also went above and beyond to provide information to help me get set up, facilitated contact with contractors in the community, negotiated and organized the sale details, and did all the groundwork for repairing issues with the house before sale. She has been wonderfully helpful and supportive and I am very grateful for her attentiveness and thoughtfulness. I would recommend her to anyone in the area who is looking to buy or sell a home. She made a very daunting process exciting and manageable.

She explained everything to us, where we would completely understand what was happening, what would happen next, our next step we were taking, etc. She remembered our likes/dislikes and preferences to fit our family and showed us houses that fit that standard.
