Married since 1975, they moved to the Columbus area in 1991 while maintaining close ties to family in Brown County. With three children and three grandchildren living nearby, their deep-rooted connection to the community enhances their ability to serve local home buyers and sellers. With extensive backgrounds in sales, home planning, and design, Bev and Dave bring a wealth of expertise to the real estate industry. Dave worked for 37 years as a Parts Manager in local car dealerships, earning multiple awards for top sales before retiring. He has been a licensed REALTOR® for 19 years, specializing in home planning and construction. Bev holds a degree in Interior Design and spent 11 years as a deaf interpreter for the local school corporation before transitioning into real estate. With over 19 years of experience, she specializes in home planning, staging, marketing, and sales. As experienced professionals with well over $100 million in career sales, Bev and Dave understand that real estate is one of the most significant transactions a person will make. Bev has also been a leader in the industry, serving on the board of the Crossroads Association of REALTORS® as Director, Secretary (two terms), and President (2015, 2023). She was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2015 by CAR and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as a licensed Real Estate Educator, teaching pre-licensing courses for future agents in Indiana.
