A proud Indiana native, Bev Roberts was born and raised in the scenic hills of Brown County and has called Columbus home since 1991 with her husband, Dave. Married since 1975, they've built a life centered on faith, family, and service-raising three children and now enjoying three nearby grandchildren.

With over 19 years in real estate and a background in sales, home planning, and interior design, Bev brings deep industry knowledge and personalized care to every client. She holds a degree in Interior Design and spent 11 years as a deaf interpreter, sharpening her communication and connection skills.

Bev has guided hundreds of clients through smooth, rewarding transactions, with over $200 million in career sales. Her expertise includes staging, marketing, negotiations, and new construction planning. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a licensed Real Estate Educator who teaches pre-licensing courses statewide.

Together, Bev and Dave deliver a full-service real estate experience built on professionalism, integrity, and a personal touch. Bev is also a respected industry leader, having served multiple terms on the Crossroads Association of REALTORS® Board, including as President in 2015 and 2023. She was named REALTOR® of the Year in 2015.

Active members of First Christian Church in Columbus, Bev and Dave run their business on Christian values-treating every client with honesty, reliability, and genuine care. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, church involvement, and spending time with loved ones.
