Buying a house is a stressful and nerve racking moment in any buyers lives as it is a huge step in their lives, but with me being a first time home buyer it made it that much stressful. After meeting with Beverly Childers for the first time she was very respectable and was willing to work with any situation we might through at her. Given my limit in funds for buying a house drastically lessened the amount of homes in my price range, but Beverly searched and found us house that we would never think was in our price range. She made the process less stressful as she always informed and explained with great detail with what was going on and what my options were at those times. She offered her time and services to me whenever I asked whether that was looking at a house at 10 pm or mid day during the week. With all that being said, I would not of bought the house I have today with out the time and effort Beverly put in for me and would strongly recommend her to any first time home buyers as well as more experienced buyers.
