Bill grew up in Westlake and spent 34 years working for the Westlake City Schools as a Teacher, School Counselor and coach. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University and holds Master’s degrees from the College of Mt. Saint Joseph and Cleveland State University. Bill still lives in Westlake with his wife of 31 years, Laurie. In his spare time Bill enjoys following Cleveland sports teams and Ohio State football and wrestling. Working with Bill Bowles on the purchase of a house recently was a pleasant experience. This purchase was done on short notice. He prepared the offer sheet on Easter evening. He communicated regularly with the seller's agent and with me. After my offer was accepted he kept in touch with me long distance since I was on vacation in Mexico. I was also using an alternate means of financing so he had to keep in touch and reassure the title company that from a financing standpoint things would go smoothly and the closing would be on time. All in all, thanks to Bill the purchase of this house was easier than my past experiences buying cars. I would recommend bill as an agent to anyone looking to buy real estate in the area.
