One of the many things that impressed me is that Bill was available for questions and offered advice prior to gaining the contract to list. He followed up with the title company to provide me with options regarding our unique title situation. Provided recommendations to help me as we proceeded through the probate process. Loved working with Bill. We connected and his advice was essential for this out of state seller.

We wanted someone whom we had rapport with and could trust and Bill did not disappoint! Not only did he sell the first home, but was incredible in finding our new home. Easy to contact, and prompt with return contact. Always knew something about the neighborhood we were looking at and all kinds of knowledge in regards to processes, inspections, etc. Friendly and trustworthy, very easy to talk to and work with. We enjoyed working with him so much that we referred him to my brother-in-law when he told us he was looking to move. I will always recommend Bill to anyone I meet who's looking to buy or sell their home. Bill is just the best!

Bill made that experience a pleasure and was always there to guide us where needed and let us know the choices were ours.
