Buyer reviewBill Klaiber has got to be one of the best realtors within the three states of WV, KY, and OH. Bill worked his tail off for me and my wife in finding us a house. He went above and beyond to get the job done. From the first initial meeting to closing he never took his foot off the pedal and kept working. Me and my wife have worked with a lot of realtors from all over and really are overwhelmed with how an amazing agent he was. We had probably looked at like 30 houses trying to find the right one and trying to make the right deal and he was right there with us giving us advice and really making sure that we found our dream home. From the bottom of our hearts bill thank you so much for all the work you put in and all the houses you helped us see. I'd recommend Bill Klaiber to anyone. If you don't choose Bill then your missing out

He helped us find exactly what we wanted, negotiated for us and our best interest, kept us up to date on everything along the way. From the start of looking for a house til after closing, he helped make sure everything went smoothly. It truely felt like we had someone on our side throughout a scary process. Bill was a perfect choice for me in selling my childhood home - a home that had been in the family for nearly 60 years. 12 hours - that's how long the home was on the market between listing and initial offers. 12 HOURS!!! I couldn't have possibly asked for a better home-selling experience from Bill. And when there was a slight issue during close (from the title company), Bill went out of his way to quickly correct the situation. Bill was the perfect choice for me, and made an emotional situation very smooth. I couldn't have asked for more.
