Buyer reviewWe first met Bill Westhoff last year when he was showing a home in Pottsboro. At the time, we decided to rent instead of buy, as we weren't completely sold on the available options. Fast forward a year, our landlord unexpectedly decided to sell the home we were living in, leaving us on a tight deadline to find something quickly. Bill stepped in and truly went above and beyond for us. He helped us find a home in our same neighborhood so we didn't have to uproot our lives, and he negotiated a rate buy-down that made the new purchase even more affordable. On top of that, he worked closely with the seller to keep everything on track for a fast closing - exactly what we needed given our situation. Bill was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. We're so grateful for his help - we wouldn't be in our new home without him. Highly recommend!
