Seller reviewBillie Jo ensured that the process from start to finish was executed flawlessly. It went so smooth that it was almost hard to believe that there were no real issues along the way. Billie Jo was very on top of details and pro active with helping me get items and information in order that were needed for the sale. Billie Jo is also a great communicator. At any time during the day or night when I had a question and would email, call, or text, she was always extremely responsive. If she didn't know the answer, she would find out very quickly and would get back to me. She is always very polite, and had a cheerful disposition when talking to her. Billie Jo made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and I felt at ease when needing to contact her on different occasions. I feel that Billie Jo's connections and advertisement of my house allowed for a quick sale. My house was on the market for only a week until I received an offer. When looking to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Billie Jo to any of my friends or family. She is great at what she does and I can see why she has been in the business for so many years.
