With this being our first home purchase, she made us aware of how the process works, and assisted us with all the walk throughs, etc. Billie Jo was the perfect fit for my fiancé and I to work with. She responded to any questions promptly and was in contact with our bank and our builder throughout the whole process to make sure everything was being completed in a timely manner. She was extremely polite, respectful, and a joy to work with. Century 21 should be so grateful to have Billie Jo.
