Bo has been a great realtor, kowledgable, patient, and have the best interest of the client in mind. I have enjoyed working with him and he was great on both sides the buying realtor as well as selling realtor. I had the pleasure to work with him on both ends. His marketing quality was top notch and we had many interested buyers that finally lead to a closing of the property.

Finally he went above and beyond helped me sell from out of state and made many visit to the property to help me sell some items in order to turn over the property.

I relocated to the area and had been looking around at real estate when I finally decided it was time to purchase a new home. I had reservations about going through the home buying process because I am doing this alone. My husband passed away a few years ago and I moved here alone.

Bo Bloomer met me at properties I was interested in and when I finally found the property the I felt was "the one" the circumstances were not the best. I was leaving for a trip out of the country for two weeks the morning I saw the listing from Bo. Right away I inquired about a showing. Bo made it happen within hours. That very afternoon, I caught a flight out of the country and Bo was patient with me as we email, texted and talked on the phone for a couple weeks, making offer, signing docs, negotiating, getting inspection, everything - he was a real trooper!! He made it happen!!!

There were some bumps in the road along the way with the seller and the sellers realtor but Bo never once let me feel as though it was a problem. He always made me feel I was his first priority, it was almost as if I were his only client, however knowing him I know there is now way that can be true. He is a gem, a true gentleman and professional. He made the entire home buying process go very smooth and I would use him 100x over.

Our experience with Bo Bloomer was quite unique in that we really put Bo to the test with all the problems we had finding a home. It took 3 times to finally hit a home run in finding our new house because of difficult sellers and uncooperative appraisers. Luckily, Bo made it easy for us despite our moodiness and anger when things did not go so well. We felt immediately comfortable expressing our feelings and opinions. Bo was patient and positive throughout the entire search and turned a very disheartening and frustrating experience into an adventure. When we finally found our home, his knowledge going into the home inspection and walk through phases was priceless and he offered valuable feedback and advice. The negotiation phase when smoothly without any problems and handling paperwork was a breeze. We highly recommend Bo Bloomer.

Bo's knowledge as an Engineer serve him very well, especially when looking at older homes. Not every Realtor has that expertise.

I liked his flexibility. He was willing to listen to my needs- I was pretty specific. He did a great job!

Bo was great. He was fast to respond to what my needs were. I really didn't think that I would be ready to purchase when we first met. He didn't seem to mind meeting me at properties anyway.
