I relocated to the area and had been looking around at real estate when I finally decided it was time to purchase a new home. I had reservations about going through the home buying process because I am doing this alone. My husband passed away a few years ago and I moved here alone.
Bo Bloomer met me at properties I was interested in and when I finally found the property the I felt was "the one" the circumstances were not the best. I was leaving for a trip out of the country for two weeks the morning I saw the listing from Bo. Right away I inquired about a showing. Bo made it happen within hours. That very afternoon, I caught a flight out of the country and Bo was patient with me as we email, texted and talked on the phone for a couple weeks, making offer, signing docs, negotiating, getting inspection, everything - he was a real trooper!! He made it happen!!!
There were some bumps in the road along the way with the seller and the sellers realtor but Bo never once let me feel as though it was a problem. He always made me feel I was his first priority, it was almost as if I were his only client, however knowing him I know there is now way that can be true. He is a gem, a true gentleman and professional. He made the entire home buying process go very smooth and I would use him 100x over.
