Seller reviewBob Clarkson was professional and persistent without being pushy in any way. I accidentally listed my home on Zillow for sale by owner and was inundated by phone calls. Bob was one of those phone calls but he was extremely professional and persistent without being pushy in any way. I mentioned that I was in the middle of renovating the home and he asked if he could stop by one afternoon and drop off information. Bob provided detailed market data, past sales data, as well as data related to recommendations for not overspending on renovations. Although I had virtually committed to another agent because of her experience in the neighborhood I ended up picking Bob Clarkson because of the extra mile information he provided. My experience was excellent with Bob and I would recommend him highly.

Seller reviewBob was great at easing our anxiety about selling our home! He instilled confidence in us and I'm so thankful he helped us sell our home. We considered renting out our property but Bob was able to get us a desireable sales price for our house with offers in the first week.

He is very knowledgable with the area and understands what buyers and sellers are looking for in the area. His attentiveness and understanding of me and my families needs made the sale of my home a smooth process. He has also assisted me with securing a contract on my new home in Woodstock which is scheduled to close in March 2018.

Our family is extremely grateful for his services during possibly the most stressful transaction we will take part of (selling our first home, buying a new home in a Seller's market). Not only is Bob courteous and responsive, but he has incredible intuition and can clearly communicate important issues to real estate-ignorant people like myself. During our time working with Bob, he displayed his ability to flawlessly coordinate the numerous meetings/appointments that accompany real estate transactions among multiple parties. He was also very patient while addressing our questions and concerns along the way. I would imagine dealing with an unresponsive agent during this process would be a nightmare...but you can have peace of mind by choosing with Bob. He will take care of you, period.
