He was willing to assist at all levels and was very patient with me. Bob had already done the leg work prior to listing so prospective buyers were aware, making it much easier to get a buyer in a timely manner. I dealt with one other person and they were courteous. Bob Clarkson was very patient with me, even when I took the property off the market for a year after he had only listed it for a month. On re-listing, he did all the legwork to ensure a seamless transition. He was certainly easy to deal with and I couldn't have worked with a better realtor.
