Seller reviewThrough multiple contract negotiations until final contract and closing, Bob was able to manage buyer expectations and respect our desire to contain additional investment expense for improvements to the property. He is a professional at all times, Great communication - prompt answers to email, text, phone inquiries. Information he did not have he tracked down through other resources. Overall, we were very pleased with the services Bob provided and would heartily recommend him as an agent.

Buyer reviewWe sold our home on the southside of Atlanta and were looking for a realtor on the northside. Bob Clarkson was recommended to us by a friend. Gave him a call on a Wednesday and we were already out looking on Saturday. Bob put together a complete list for us to go look at based on our needs. Once we found the right home Bob did a great job negotiating the final sales price. He was very thorough, detailed, prompt, and courteous throughout the whole process. Bob working along with our lender and closing attorney were able to close in 30 days. We would highly recommend Bob Clarkson!
