We were always confident in his opinion on whether a property was worth an offer or not, and he was always spot on with his opinions on home quality, features, and prices. This was super valuable to us as new residents in the area with little knowledge on the Atlanta market. He was always responsive when we had questions or wanted to check out a listing, and even though he's part of a larger office, he always personally handled our inquiries and showings (with a few scheduling exceptions - but even then he'd only send a trusted colleague so we could still see the property quickly without delay). Bob always made us feel like he was just as invested in our home search as we were - and we genuinely believe he was the entire time - and that made all the difference in our home search! We will definitely be using Bob again when and if we ever decide to sell or buy a new property and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Atlanta area.
