And we currently have three listings with him. Bob worked hard for several years (on a unique property with an expected long sales term). He negotiated with several potential buyers until we found the right one. He has extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to us as clients. He works tirelessly on our behalf and offers candid advice when it is appropriate. He exceeds our expectations every day!

His work ethic, knowledge of the area, understanding of the client's needs, regular communication, etc., made the entire process - from the initial step of looking for a property all the way through to post-closing - as seamless as they could be.
