Hello everyone! My name is Bob Dean, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. A bit about me: I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, the youngest of six children. I have been in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years in all, arriving in the early 1980's. I was fortunate to find my way to Clearwater Beach and fell in love with the area. I have owned and managed several businesses that you may have patronized. I serve the entire Tampa Bay area and specialize in the Pinellas County Beach area- Clearwater, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Seminole, Largo and Dunedin, along the coastal waterway near where I reside. Buyer reviewWe met Bob Dean at an open house (Jan 2023), out of 40-50 open houses we went to we picked Bob because we felt he was the most knowledgeable, listened to our needs/wants in a house, was never pushy and had an amazing personality. We couldn't have been happier with our selection, Bob was top notch on EVERYTHING! Very down to earth guy, very professional, knowledgeable, understands the market very well, had great recommendations during the process of buying and is currently helping us with other things after closing. He has recommendations or "knows a guy" for everything. Bob is truly in the business to make you happy and help you find your dream home. He goes out of his way to make his schedule fit yours, calls in from time to time to check in on you, see if you have any questions or if there's anything he can do for you. His communication is the best, he was always there to answer our calls, texts or emails. Also, we are over 1500 miles away, yet we never had to worry cause Bob always had everything under control and kept in close communication throughout the entire process. We feel very happy with our purchase, thanks to Bob acting quickly and his amazing negotiation skills we feel great about the price too, we would highly recommend Bob Dean to anyone and everyone!
