Seller reviewBob is a person who gets the job done! This is the second sale Bob has done for us and it was smooth just like the other. Bob has lots of knowledge in the field and is very concerned for his clients. Robert has always done a great job with keeping us up on all new information and Robert was along side us through all inspections. During the time of selling our long time childhood home was difficult and Robert was excellent in keeping us going. If you are looking to buy or sell Robert bid you go to realtor. He's currently in the process of selling another property for me and already within a few days of listing we're getting multiple offers thanks to his advertising style. He is hands down the best at what he does and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with him for my future investments.

Buyer reviewRobert Gliwa was patient, understanding, helpful, it was taking a while longer to close than usual because of the bank requirements and he was understanding in the situation and helpful, he also helped find a home inspector at reasonable rate and a attorney so that was a big help, I would sand him homes that came on market late in the afternoon and wanted to see he would get us appointments for the next morning, definitely will recommend Bob to anyone that's in the market to buy or sell a home, he gets five stars from me.
