Seller reviewBob could not have been more helpful to me in getting my house ready for sale. Because I do not live in the area, he arranged for contractors to provide quotes for work that had to be done and, followed up with them to see that work was completed. He often did some small jobs himself and was always thinking ahead about the small details that could become problematic. Bob has extensive knowledge of residential housing, as well as the real estate market in Sun City Center. Working with Bob exceeded my expectations. You will not find a better broker.

Buyer reviewBob went above and beyond what any realtor would have done. He worked with my family and friends to see the home while I was out of state. Even when my offer was rejected.... neither one of us gave up. Over the course of a couple of weeks Bob worked with the other realtor and again submitted an offer. Once our negotiations were complete, was when the real issues began. This is when Bob worked hard to get all inspection problems addressed. As issue after issue came up, Bob was relentless at finding ways to address them and be sure everything was completed. Bob exceeded all expectations.
