Her kindness during a very difficult season (I was dealing with my parents' home following the death of my mom) and willingness to go the extra mile helped settle my questions how this would work with me living 5 states away. Every time I had a question she answered quickly and if research was needed, she got it done. When the sale and closing were completed, she called just to see how I was doing.
