She guided us (pretty much holding our hands) throughtout the different steps for the successful selling of our most loved florida home. She is easy to reach, hard working, a good communicator, and well experienced professional. In addition, since we were relocating, she coordinated with our out-of-state realtor, so we could acquired our new permanent home with the proceeds from our FL home in a timely manner.
