Seller reviewI reached out to Brad a few years ago about the sell & purchase of a home. He was well versed with my neighorhood. We looked at other houses, but ultimately decided to stay in Christiana. However, as time continued on, I stayed in contact with him in regards to the market of the neighborhood. Knowing I wasn't ready to sell, he was patient and professional in answering my questions and not abandonig me like some other agents might have. Fast forward to current day and it was a very seamless process to put my house on the market and to get it sold. Did not take long at all. Lots of creativeness was involved and I apprecaite that. Even had an issue with the Title Company and Brad took care of it though it was not his obligation or responbility. Brad went Above and Beyond is how I would summarize it. Thanks, Brad
