I talked to Brad Fowler about possibly selling my home, price points w/ the condition of my home, checked the market to see if there was any thing i actually saw and liked before i even started the whole process. I had brad come to my home and it was very enjoyable. He is NOT pushy or pushes you towards a certain home or selling your home. My husband and i decided to sell our home and find a new one and to go with Brad Fowler to help us with that journey and im so grateful that we did. He went above and beyond to show me homes 30-60 minutes away from RuCo, if he couldn't make it to a showing if i found a home or if i had the worst schedule to deal with that day and had to see a home THAT day i found it and he couldn't make it due to his current showings or appointments, he always found someone to step in for him and be able to show me the home. He did EVERYTHING he possibly could to help me find a home. Brad Fowler has his clients best interests in mind and is very knowledgeable. He always made sure i fully understood all documentation sent to me for buying and selling. I am so glad i went with him for this process!
