Brad was always available to answer my calls and addressed my concerns. Brad sold my father's house at a very stressful time in my life. He showed great compassion and understanding throughout the process. Brad recommended a company that helped empty my father's house. The company was very professional and trustworthy. Seller reviewI heard from of friend that Brad had sold many properties in the area, was very knowledgeable, and has been in the business for awhile. My coop was advertised on a variety of websites, as well as sent out in the mail. My property was sold within 2 weeks! Brad was very helpful in explaining next steps in detail and responded promptly when I had any questions. The process was surprisingly quick and I didn't need to worry about much. Brad did it all.
