Seller reviewWe used Schneider Century 21 Realty previously to purchase a home as well as my son's condo and were both highly satisfied with his services. Brad Schneider quickly advertised the house and conducted an open house. We immediately had several walk throughs and received an offer much quicker than anticipated. Brad Schneider has always provided excellent service and is in constant communication with the client. He always makes himself available for any questions and has a thorough understanding of the local building codes. Additionally, Brad was instrumental in helping us find a contractor to remove an oil tank and was available during the building inspector walk through to help answer questions. Overall, we contracted Schneider Century 21 because he is reliable, honest and works diligently (nights/weekends) on meeting the client's expectations. We plan on using his services again in the future.
