Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Buyer reviewWhen I was searching for a buyer's agent, it was important to me that they had experience with new construction and with land in addition to knowing the local players. We are on the East Coast and relied heavily on BranDen to help us out with ensuring that the sale went through flawlessly. He went above and beyond in making sure that any question we had or any problem we had during the due diligence period was answered and usually got us an answer within an hour. Our organization couldn't have asked for a better buyer's agent. He made sure that we knew he was available to us throughout the entire process and clearly communicated with us and the seller as well as with the HOA. Very dedicated to making sure the deal closed without a hitch. If we have to buy another piece of land in the Spokane area, he will be my first phone call. Everything went very smooth and was as painless as could be.

The more they know, the more they are able to execute their jobs at a high quality level. What stood out the most to me - their communication level. I was impressed by it and it made for an extremely EASY process from beginning to end. BranDen & Shianne are willing to work with whatever communication method that works best for you and will ask as many questions pertaining to details as they think necessary to find an extremely high quality property. Both during & after the process, I told family and friends that I really wouldn't work with any other realtor and I'd point anyone in their direction knowing full well my recommendation will come to fruition for them.
