With over six years of experience in real estate and multiple Top Producer awards under his belt, BranDen "Tip" Tipton brings dedication, expertise, and results to every transaction. Born in Spokane, BranDen spent his early years moving around Washington state as part of a family deeply rooted in the logging industry. He later earned a degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University, which helped shape his strong communication skills and deep understanding of people. At just 18, he began his journey as a personal trainer, learning how to help individuals set goals and achieve meaningful progress.
Before real estate, BranDen served as the Sales, Account, and Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural business. These experiences sharpened his ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, manage complex operations, and follow through with integrity-skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping others, BranDen found his true calling in real estate. Whether buying, selling, or investing, clients appreciate his strategic approach, honest advice, and relentless work ethic.

Buyer reviewBranDen & Shianne will work with you on a highly detailed level - they want to know everything you're looking for and will work hard to find quality matches. The more they know, the more they are able to execute their jobs at a high quality level. What stood out the most to me - their communication level. I was impressed by it and it made for an extremely EASY process from beginning to end. BranDen & Shianne are willing to work with whatever communication method that works best for you and will ask as many questions pertaining to details as they think necessary to find an extremely high quality property. Both during & after the process, I told family and friends that I really wouldn't work with any other realtor and I'd point anyone in their direction knowing full well my recommendation will come to fruition for them. I very much hope I get the privilege of working with the two of them in the future.

Seller reviewBranDen and Shianne are a dream team that came through for us above and beyond by the end of our work with them! They were everything the recommending agent Mindy Jo Lyons said they would be and got the job done superbly! They went above and beyond helping us sell our home, from negotiating fairly, to anticipating things before they became issues and resolving them swiftly and professionally. The communication was always available and clear, and they even made themselves available in person whenever we needed them. Overall, my husband and I are very grateful to them for all the work they did for us, and even though we realize this is their job and they get paid to do it, it felt like they both had almost a personal/friendly stake in our success and well being. That's a rare find amongst sale people, a quality we value very much. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Spokane/Nine Mile Area!
