Seller reviewWe've worked with Brandon twice now. We got our first house during a bidding war, and the sellers chose our offer because they liked how much more organized and communicative Brandon was than the other realtors. When we needed a realtor for our second house, he was our first choice. I highly recommend him!

Buyer reviewThis is the second time we've worked with Brandon. He's one of the few good things about the real estate industry. We let him know the style of house we're looking for and he regularly sends us a curated list of the houses that fit. When we find one we want to look at, he does everything to get us in to see it. After finding the right house, he helped us at each step of the process to bid on and purchase the house. After we were under contact he did a great job keeping in contact with our mortgage loan officer (who wasn't the greatest), and he continually pushed the loan officer to get things done on time. The first time we bought a house through him, it was in 2021 when buying was very competitive. The seller said they received a few similar offers, but they went with us because of how good Brandon was. Like I said, Brandon is one of the few good things in the real estate industry; I would not go with anyone else.
