Buyer reviewIF I could give Brandon Priebe a higher rating, I would. He was above excellent. I have had realtor agents in the past but none committed to what we really wanted. We felt they just wanted to make a sale. He wanted us to be happy & get us the "perfect" home. I loved the way he notified us immediately of new listings that met our criteria. I would highly recommend Brandon for anyone looking in the Traverse City & surrounding area....not to mention he gives great gifts!

Buyer reviewThe first time we spoke with Brandon, he was very enthusiastic, and excited to help us. He was very attuned to what we were looking for and sent us properties to view within those parameters. Our housing search took a very long time due to the current low inventory in northern Michigan. Brandon was very patient and persistent with our search. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and provided good counsel with the elements of the purchase process that we did not yet understand. He was also flexible with showing times, as we were coming from out of town to look at properties. Brandon took our whole family into consideration when finding perspective homes for us, assessing distances from both school and work. He was an advocate for us and had our family's best interests as his goal. He stuck with us through the long search process and celebrated with us at our closing.

Buyer reviewBrandon was a trooper with finding our family a new home. The market was brutal and many offers were put in, but reassured us that he would find our home. He never gave up in helping us find the perfect home. He was honest about details which was definitely what we needed. With buying a home in today's market it can be stressful, but Brandon literally made every bit of the journey easy going and well worth it. We consider ourselves lucky to have been teamed up with him to find our home. Brandon went to bat for us thats for sure. If I had to do it all over again I would. Brandon is one of the most down to earth individuals I've had the pleasure to work with. He listened to everything we said we wanted and had concerns about. Found solutions whenever possible, and offered knowledge about so much. Couldn't have worked with a better person. I will forever be a "Team Century 21" player, nothing but positive came from our experience. We will be using Brandon's services when we are ready.
