He priced the property higher than I initially expected us to get any sales traction on, because he believe we could get a better selling price on the home. (We did.) He reached out to me every couple of weeks for updates on low activity for the house and what his prospective plan was. (Communication was clear and consistent.) He offered additional information to me knowing that I was a first time home-seller and that I would be moving across the country and was available 7 days a week if I needed anything. (He worked around my schedule which is a 8-5 Monday through Friday and scheduled weekend calls and meets with me.)
