Brandy helped me both buy my new house and sell this property. She was able to explain everything to me clearly, concisely, and in a way that I (as someone with little real estate knowledge) could understand it. I had some very strict time lines I had to remain in due to outside circumstances, and Brandy was able to help me meet that timeline with plenty of time to spare as well.

Brandy was also very accessible and understanding of my work schedule and was willing to help me out in whatever way she could every step of the way.

My girlfriend and I were referred to brandy through a friend of my family. We are in our early 20's and we needed and wanted someone who would help us and walk us through the first time home buying process. Overall, working with Brandy was a positive experience. We hit a few bumps (not due to Brandy) and she did everything she could to make sure the sale of our home went smoothly and that we would close on time. Even since we have moved we had issues with mail forwarding and she has been helping us with retrieving our mail from the new owners. She was timely, communicated well and provided us with great service. Would use Brandy again if in the area. We thank her for her commitment to our satisfactory result.

Brandy Barkoff always went over and beyond to make sure I found a house I loved. She was always available to show me newly listed homes, rearranged schedules to make sure I was able to see a home, reached out when necessary, helped answer all my questions, set up a portal to view newly listed homes, and made every visit a special time. She encouraged me when I felt like giving up in this competitive housing market.

Brandy always went above and beyond to make the entire process easy for me. I was a first time home buyer, which was a learning process for myself. Brandy answered all my questions, helped me along the entire process, and always made sure I understood the procedures and policies that went with it.

After my experience with Brandy, I left with not only a home… I had made a life long friend. She was there for me during the stressful process of buying a home for the first time. She answered questions, calmed my nerves, trustworthy, and always understanding. Brandy was a pleasure to work with and I'm so glad I found my perfect home.

Although I do not want to purchase another home soon, I will use Brandy in the future when looking for a home. I have already sent Brandy a referral for someone looking to purchase a home.
