Buyer reviewI was relocating back to Peru, New York to care for a family member as the result of the death of my father in June. Brandy knew what I was looking for and assisted me in finding a home three miles from my family member. Brandy was there for me no matter what time of day it was and always responded promptly with answers to my questions. Brandy is personable which is important in his line of work. I would recommend Brandy.

Seller reviewBrandy was our agent for selling our parents property upon their passing. Of course, that is a very difficult time for us, but Brandy made it as easy as possible. We were needing a quick sale, before the cold weather set in, and we accepted our asking price four days after the house was listed. This is the first time I have ever used an agent in the sale of property and I can unequivocally say I would use Brandy again in a minute!
