Seller reviewWhen we were considering selling our home, we reached out to Brandy through Facebook. We explained that we didn't want to sell right away, but asked that he come out and answer a few of our questions and take a look at our home. Let's just say not long after, we had an offer and the house was sold. Brandy was very respectful and attentive to our requests. He made selling our home which could have been stressful into a pleasant experience! We loved the energy that Brandy exuded when helping us sell our home. He was available anytime. When we had questions, he answered us right away. We definitely would recommend Brandy and wouldn't think twice about using him again in the future. Buyer reviewBrandy and I had mutual friends on Facebook and then we became Facebook friends. I could tell how important real estate is to him through his posts, plus how hard he works not only being a realtor, but as a town supervisor. Good work ethic is important to me and I knew he had to be my realtor! Every step of the way Brandy was there. He made sure we understood everything. He really made sure to really help us look through everything in the house and since the house was pre-inspected he helped us go through that report to. I knew if I needed anything I could contact Brandy day or night! I could not say enough good things about Brandy! His whole personality and approach is simply amazing! If you choose him for your realtor you will not be disappointed!
