I had to be out of the country when the house had to be cleaned. He helped me find the right cleaners and trash removers. He even personally helped to remove trash (by hand!) and oversaw the cleaning process. He recommended the best selling time and price. He reached out to other agents with potential buyers. All the wonderful services he offered made me feel the commission fees are 100% worthwhile. Highly recommend his service!

This was the best thing we could have decided to do. Before we sold our house in Plattsburgh we purchased a home and land. All three transactions were flawless and went smooth.
