Seller reviewFrom the very beginning of the process of selling our home, Brea paid attention to every detail. She met with us, and she came up with an excellent game plan. She walked us through the process and communicated with us every step of the way, always working around our schedule. We were able to talk to her at any time, and she responded almost immediately. No question was considered silly to Brea. She explained everything we needed to do to have an EXTREMELY successful sale of our house. Brea spent an entire day at our house staging it for us. The level of detail and thought she put into every room was so meticulous. Her expertise proved itself because not only did our house go under contract within 3 days of listing, we had multiple offers! We cannot sing Brea's praises enough. She is passionate and is GREAT at what she does. She made what would normally be a stressful process absolutely seamless.

When we were ready Brea was very helpful and insightful with the area and the houses. She made us feel comfortable as we were in California and the house we wanted to buy is in NC. We are extremely happy she helped us along the entire process. She was accessible when we had a million and one questions and kept us in the loop of everything.
