In the first five minutes of meeting Brea my husband and I knew we wanted to work with her. She compleatly understood what we wanted. We spoke with several agents before we met brea and consistently every agent was telling us that we could sell our home for around 50 thousand less than the numbers that Brea brought to the table the first time we met. Not only did we list our home at 50,000 more than the other realtors said but we also got a full price offer in the first month of it being on the market!
