We were working with a previous realtor very briefly before my husband and I both decided we needed someone else. We found Brea through all the good reviews on some military move Facebook groups. Quickly after reaching out to her she virtually sat us down and explained the overall process and things to expect. She was very transparent from the get-go and was a great resource! When we had little "stupid questions" Brea was always quick to respond and helped us feel so important to her. Her knowledge of the areas and the process of purchasing were outstanding. My husband was the only one that was able to come out to NC at the time to look for a home and I felt complete confidence in my team of both my husband and Brea. Seller reviewFrom the very beginning of the process of selling our home, Brea paid attention to every detail. She met with us, and she came up with an excellent game plan. She walked us through the process and communicated with us every step of the way, always working around our schedule. We were able to talk to her at any time, and she responded almost immediately. No question was considered silly to Brea. She explained everything we needed to do to have an EXTREMELY successful sale of our house. Brea spent an entire day at our house staging it for us. The level of detail and thought she put into every room was so meticulous. Her expertise proved itself because not only did our house go under contract within 3 days of listing, we had multiple offers! We cannot sing Brea's praises enough. She is passionate and is GREAT at what she does. She made what would normally be a stressful process absolutely seamless.
