She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained every step of the process thoroughly, which really put me at ease. Vanessa goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients receive superb customer service. She provided plenty of information to support her strategy when making an offer to buy a home, and equally thorough details when listing my house. Thanks to her, I felt completely comfortable with both processes. The results speak for themselves – my house was on the market for just 12 days, and within that time, we had 4 open houses scheduled from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Vanessa's work ethic is truly excellent, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Buyer reviewVanessa was excellent at immediately gaining my trust as she went above and beyond to research any recent changes in realestate protocol when buying in Texas as I was purchasing from out of state. I met her in person in the beginning but had to do the rest of the process remotely and she did an amazing job of running the process, proactively thinking of things I wouldn't know to ask and making my family back in Texas feel very taken care of.
