Seller reviewBrenda is a highly effective realtor. She helped us sell a 60 acre pine tree farm in a largely undeveloped area of DeSoto Parish. It had been in our family since the great depression. It was isolated, straddling an unimproved dirt road and is probably a decade away from any serious timber cutting. Three of the sixty acres are occupied by a gas well site that we no longer owned the mineral rights to. We thought that it would take well over a year to sell. In fact it took only two months to get it under contract. Brenda made all the difference. Her knowledge of her market is amazing and she is a mover and a shaker throughout north Louisiana. She has our strongest recommendation as a realtor and as a person.
