I am a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Town & Country, bringing 25 years of experience and a diverse clientele throughout lower Michigan, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I take pride in being recognized by peers and clients as a dedicated professional committed to ensuring smooth and successful transactions. I'm also honored to be a member of the Century 21 Town & Country Top Producer Club. Designated as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
For over two years, I've co-managed our Rochester office, where my responsibilities include recruiting and retaining new and experienced agents, planning and presenting sales meetings, and ensuring our team stays current with new laws and requirements.
I hold an Accounting Degree from Wayne Community College, along with a Michigan Associate Broker's License and a Property & Casualty Adjuster's License. I actively support several non-profit organizations, including the Pontiac Meals on Wheels Fundraising Committee, the Detroit Chapter of Dolls Inc. League, and The Ladies of Gold. I am a proud member of the Women's Council of Realtors - Rochester. Additionally, I serve on the Governors Affairs Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, and I'm a board member of NOCBOR's board of directors, where I look forward to continuing my service.
I've been happily married for 45 years and am the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to four. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, dancing, traveling, and entertaining.

Seller reviewBrenda is a very patient person. She has knowledge of the business she is in. This creates a trust between you and your broker. Brenda explained every sheet of paper that I signed . I knew then that I had someone who was trustworthy. Brenda and I did paper work during week ,she took pictures on Friday , and on the next three days people were looking at the house. On Tuesday , Brenda closed bidding. A buyer was selected and house was sold. Brenda is an intelligent and classy lady who knows her job well. I never had any worries when working with Brenda . I trusted her completely. With me being a senior citizen , she showed patience, helpfulness ,and respect to me. Wish she were my daughter. This was a pleasant learning experience. No worries at all.

My first impression of Brenda was that she was professional, sharp and hard working and was going to go above and beyond to make sure that my son was happy with the purchase of his new home. I was right, she worked long hours and went the extra mile in every situation that we encountered in the home buying process. I would without question work with her on any future purchases. She treated us like family and that is the kind of realtor that I want to work with. She took the time to make sure that he was familiar with the city of Detroit and all of its surroundings so that we knew exactly where he was purchasing and what he could look forward too. That is the mark of a true realtor in my book.

Buyer reviewBrenda was available at almost any time of day or night, and on more than one occasion, drafted an addendum, and had it sent to me as late as midnight. My hours at work can be pretty hectic so this was very welcome.
