I have lived in Southern Illinois since 1994. I have been in real estate since 1999. I really enjoy selling and listing real estate in Southern Illinois. My family and I have loved living in this area. There is something about Southern Illinois that makes you want to stay or makes you want to come back ! From the parks to historical sites and of course my favorite, fishing. We are surrounded by the Shawnee National Forest with numerous lakes to enjoy. She was on board with technology, coordinated everything, was excellent at advertising, and was honest and upfront about every aspect. She kept in regular communication, and took care of everything, and made the sale seem less. She went above and beyond by working on weekends and in evenings to ensure things got completed on time. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and I have already recommended her to friends!
