I have lived in Southern Illinois since 1994. I served in the Army reserves in the early eighties. I have been a nurse since 1994 although I no longer practice. I have been in real estate since 1999 and choose to make real estate my full time career now. I really enjoy selling and listing real estate in Southern Illinois. My family and I have loved living in the area since 1994. There is something about Southern Illinois that makes you want to stay or makes you want to come back ! From National Parks to Historical Sites and of course my favorite, fishing. But what ever it is you will need housing and housing is what I also love to do. There are many things to consider when buying and selling a home and I can make it fun and turn it into an easy task. People have questions and I can help with the answers. Seller reviewBrenda was fanstastic! She made selling my first home very easy, even when living in a different state! She was on board with technology, coordinated everything, was excellent at advertising, and was honest and upfront about every aspect. She kept in regular communication, and took care of everything, and made the sale seem less. She went above and beyond by working on weekends and in evenings to ensure things got completed on time. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and I have already recommended her to friends!
