I live in Chicago with my wife Tamara and son Cillian. I grew up in Naperville, Illinois where I ran cross country and track. After college at U of I I moved to Chicago and in 2013 began my real estate career. I've worked with hundreds of buyers, sellers, renters and landlords at this point and have always taken a client first, consultative approach to the business. When I'm not helping clients with their homes I'm spending time with my son or going to the movies.

Seller reviewWe were under time constraints to sell our property quickly during a more challenging time of year as a seller. We needed to balance maximizing the value we could get with decreasing the risk of not having an offer and contract by an aggressive date. Brendan O'Donnell did an excellent job balancing our needs and delivered with multiple strong offers in a short timeframe.
