Buyer reviewWorking with Breta Stewart on the purchase of our first home was a phenomenal experience. She really took the time to get to know us, understand our preferences, and share here knowledge of both the local housing markets and the real estate world in general. We could tell she was experienced and knew the ins and outs of both the buyer's and seller's side of the process. She was always available to answer questions, and was able to work with us smoothly even when we had pretty significant updates to our living situation in the middle of our home buying journey (in our case, looking for a home that would suit not just us but our aging parents as well). With her help, we were able to go from first home tour to closing in less than a month and a half! I would highly recommend Breta to anyone looking to buy a home.

Buyer reviewWe were coming from out of state and only knew we wanted to look at this house. Breta was on time, very attentive and answered all our questions that we had. If she did not have an answer, she would call (while we were actually there at the house) the owners, to get us the information we had a question about. On our 6 hr drive back home after the showing - we were talking about the house and things in it. I had a question about a window in the kitchen. This was several hours after Breta had shown us the house. My wife called her to ask about this and she went out to the house again that "same day" to get an answer to our question. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none. We were so glad we were able to work with Breta during this latest adventure. She is now more than an agent to us, she definitely would be considered a friend.
