I was born and raised in Indialantic and graduated from Melbourne Central Catholic High School. I graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Building Science and Management. I then moved to Myrtle Beach and worked as a project manager. But, Florida called me home. I received my real estate license in 1989 and two years later, in 1991, became a broker. Real estate has been my full-time career ever since. I have a background in commercial real estate and experience in development and agricultural property including conservation easements and management.

He has lived in Melbourne his whole life, and so he knows the area intimately, has seen all the ups and downs of this market, knows many of the other local realtors, and has great relationships with almost any type of service vendor we need. I always feel like his counsel is fair and objective -- while he clearly has our best interests at heart, he also is not afraid to tell us when we're pushing a little too hard in ways that might jeopardize the deal. He often shares alternate considerations and tradeoffs that we would never have thought about on our own. In short, working with Brian is always a good experience, and he makes you feel confident at the end of the day that you've gotten a really good deal on your house.
