I have been selling real estate since 2004. My competitive spirit along with my moral upbringing have guided me to become one of the most productive and successful Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania. My first year in the business I was awarded Rookie of the Year in my company. Over the years I've earned the Prestigious Century 21 Centurion Award for Overall Production; the Century 21 President's Award along with many Outstanding Customer Feedback Awards. My proudest accomplishment was earning the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society award in 2016.

Seller reviewI had a great experience when the property was purchased, hence, sticking with the same professionals was my preference Brian was our realtor when the property was first acquired, then, our experience with him was very pleasant as everything was simplified and easy to deal with. Brian has very high and valued people skills and unlike other realtors, his "no pushy not pressure" style is what I like the most. He's very straightforward with facts but is not in your face, stalking you to make desitions whatsoever. However, you can tell that he's aggressive into marketing your property, hence the sale was fast and appropriately priced. A very knowledgeable guy, I will recommend him to any other people that would ask me for a Real State Agent. THANK YOU, BRIAN, FOR ANOTHER WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Seller reviewBrian Lanoza was absolutely amazing from the moment we met. Brian was referred to me by my wife's new employer in Miami, FL. I needed someone who was knowledge and had a proven sales track record. After our initial consultation I was Brian was the right person for the job. I absolutely needed to sell my home fast and for over my payoff. We received a full offer within two days of Brian working with me. Unfortunately, the buyer backed out and Brian continue to push through a tough market with a lot of competition in my area. Brian always kept me up-to-date with the status of my property. I have worked in the Property Management industry for over 15 years and Brian made it easy for me to be very hands off and he took care of everything for me. You couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and helpful agent, I'm referring him to my father and brother to sell their houses in the foreseeable future !!!!! If you didn't have Brian we would of taken our business elsewhere !! Seriously you couldn't ask for or get a better all around knowledgeable and personable agent that pays attention to your needs and wants than him, he went above and beyond the call of his duty in this volatile market, that being said Brian is the real deal when it comes to getting the property your looking for, he won't hesitate in pulling out all the stops to make his clients happy campers!
