He,helped us deal with an arrogant and unprofessional agent the buyer's used and buyers who were nickel and diming us up to closing. My fiancé and I went through many realtors at first and we met Brian in a Marlboro house and we used him ever since. We went to 5 different towns for almost a year and Brian showed us every house at pretty much any time of the day whenever we needed. His honest opinion about houses we saw, even if we liked the house, he would point things out that we didn't notice and deterred us from the house until we found the ONE Brian was Very easy to contact and talk to at any time of the day. We would recommend to anyone we know and will use him to sell our house whenever that may be. Brian makes you feel like your part of his family and it's as if you knew him for years.

Brian was extremely accessible. For example, the day we went out attorney review and under contract just happened to be the same day his wife was in labor. Brian was still available pretty much any time. Even if he couldn't pick up the phone, I would get a text from him that he would call back, which he ALWAYS did. Professional and knowledgable. Also Brian was never pushy, but always prompt. Never made us feel pressured yet nudged us in the right direction when it was necessary. One can't ask for more when looking for a great broker.

Brian is a terrific real estate broker, period. He exhibited a very high level of knowledge of our local real estate market, developed a rational pricing strategy, created and implemented an extensive mass media/ online marketing plan, and provided thoughtful, experience-based advice throughout the sales process, including his negotiations with buyers on our behalf. As part of Brian's marketing program for our house, he and his team did a professional photo shoot of our home from which they produced and distributed a first class sales photo-video of the highlights of our property. Brian has a friendly, relaxed personality and was a pleasure to work with. He communicated regularly with us, updating on offers, and advising on negotiations, home inspection "issues", municipal Certificate of Occupancy issues, the closing process. We moved out of state prior to the closing of our house and Brian volunteered his assistance on several house-related issues that required a local presence. We are so very pleased that a friend recommended Brian to us. He is an exceptional sales professional. Brian is the BEST!
